These terms govern your use of Parallel Clone and this website. Use the service only where you can lawfully agree to these terms, or with the required parent or guardian authorization. If you do not agree to the applicable terms, do not use the service.
What the app provides
Parallel Clone provides tools to create and manage separate containers for supported Android apps on a device you own or are authorized to use. It does not provide third-party accounts, transfer another app's existing private data, or remove an app's login requirements.
Keep important information backed up using the third-party app's supported methods. Removing a clone or clearing the host app's storage may permanently remove local data.
Acceptable use
You must have permission to use the apps, accounts, and information you access. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and each third-party service's terms.
- Do not use Parallel Clone for unauthorized access, impersonation, fraud, stalking, or harassment.
- Do not attempt to steal credentials, evade account restrictions, or bypass security, payment, licensing, or authentication controls.
- Do not distribute malicious files or misuse the support channel.
- Do not redistribute third-party apps or content without the required rights.
Compatibility and updates
Compatibility depends on the app, device, Android version, device restrictions, and available resources. Some apps or features may not work, and updates from Android or third parties may change previously working behavior. Universal compatibility and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed.
Test the activities important to you, including login and authentication, before relying on a clone. We may update, change, or discontinue features, subject to any applicable paid-service obligations and consumer rights.
Third-party services and names
Parallel Clone is an independent product. Third-party app names, logos, and trademarks belong to their owners; their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
Third-party services control their own accounts, security decisions, content, transactions, and privacy practices. We cannot promise access to an account or restore information held by another provider.
Payments and cancellation
This website does not currently take payments or sell memberships. Any future paid offering must show its price, billing period, renewal terms, and applicable conditions before purchase. Planned features are not a promise of availability.
Purchases made through an app store are subject to that store's applicable billing and cancellation rules and your statutory rights. Read the refund and cancellation policy.
Support and reports
We use reports to investigate problems and improve the product. Submitting a report does not guarantee a fix or a particular response or release date. Include relevant technical details, but never passwords, OTPs, or financial credentials.
By sending a report, you permit us to use its contents to investigate and respond to that report, as explained in the privacy policy. You retain your rights in your original content.
Responsibility and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that every app or function will work. Use reasonable care with your device, credentials, and backups. The app is not financial, legal, or security advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer remedies. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. If you have a complaint or dispute, contact us first with the relevant details so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not restrict any right you have to seek help from a competent authority or court.
