If you have already made a purchase through Google Play or another authorized store, follow the process for that store below.
Purchases through Google Play
Refund eligibility and processing depend on the purchase, your location, and Google Play's applicable rules. Follow Google Play's official refund guidance to request a refund or find the appropriate next step.
For purchase issues requiring developer assistance, contact us at thinkmerit@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee approval or override a store's refund decision.
What to include in a request
Email thinkmerit@gmail.com with the subject "Parallel Clone purchase support" and include:
- The store and product purchased.
- Your order reference and purchase date.
- The reason for the request, including any compatibility issue.
- An email address where we can reply.
Remove unrelated details from receipts or screenshots. Do not send card numbers, banking credentials, passwords, or OTPs. We may request limited additional information to locate and verify the purchase.
Subscription cancellation
If you have a subscription, manage cancellation through the store or payment channel where you subscribed. Google Play provides subscription cancellation instructions.
Uninstalling Parallel Clone, removing a clone, or deleting local data does not itself cancel a subscription. Cancellation and refunds are separate actions; cancellation does not automatically mean a previous payment will be refunded.
Processing and your rights
The payment provider determines refund processing and when an approved amount reaches the original payment method. We do not promise a fixed approval or banking timeline.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law. If a paid feature is unavailable, materially different from its description, or charged incorrectly, contact the store and us with the relevant details.
