GETTING STARTED

Start with your first clone

    Open Parallel Clone

    Use the official app distribution shared by ThinkMerit. Need help finding it? Contact us below. We do not provide unofficial APK downloads here.

  2. 02

    Go to Add apps

    Choose an installed app and create a clone. Follow the setup shown on your device.

  3. 03

    Open it from My clones

    Sign in with your chosen account, complete authentication, and test the features you use.

REPORT AN ISSUE

Help us understand
what went wrong.

A short description and the steps that caused the issue are the best starting point. Submit a private report, attach reviewed screenshots or logs, and follow replies and resolution updates.

Sign in with your Parallel Clone email and password. Email support remains available without portal sign-in.

Include these details

  • Your phone model and Android version.
  • Parallel Clone and affected app versions.
  • The steps you took, and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot or diagnostic report, only after reviewing it.

In Parallel Clone, use Settings → Report an issue to prepare a report. Select your email app in the sharing menu and send it to thinkmerit@gmail.com. Redact sensitive details before sending. Screenshots and logs are optional.
